In the event that trash collection is accidentally missed due to our crew, we will work with the customer to schedule a pick-up if the truck is in the vicinity that week.
In the event that the customer did not have their cart out by the time our crew comes to collect the trash, the customer will have to wait until their next regular scheduled trash collection day or pay a make-up collection fee.
