Do 95 Gal carts belong to the customer?

A.

No, it is the property of Truman Refuse. The cart is weather proof and should give you many years of service if properly maintained.

Q.

Does Truman Refuse replace damaged carts?

A.

We replace a cart that has been damaged as a result of our mishandling free of charge. Carts that have holes from animals drawn to food inside cart are the responsibility of the customer, and upon request can be replaced at the current replacement cost. Traps and liquid deterrents are available at local hardware stores.

How do you handle missed pick-ups?

A.

We will work with the customer to schedule a pick-up if the truck is in the vicinity that week.

Q.

How do I login to Online Bill Pay?

A.

  1. Click on Online Bill Pay
  2. Enter your Account Number and Temporary Password which is the last 4 digits of the phone number on file.
    • If you have any problems logging in to make a payment (requires phone number on file) or would like to enroll in electronic invoicing(requires email on file) please contact us at [email protected].
    • Note: Most issues logging in are due to the phone number on file, so please contact us with your account #, 10 digit phone number, email address, and your preference on electronic invoicing. We will then update your account to allow you to log in. Please allow for a full business day for us to update your account.
  3. Once you have successfully logged in, you can view your balance, your payment history, bill history, change your password, and Pay by Debit or Credit Card.
  4. Click Pay by Debit or Credit Card to pay by card.
  5. Next, enter all of the Debit or Credit card information. On this screen, you also have the ability to sign up for AutoPay.

How do I enroll in Electronic Invoicing?

A.

Email us at [email protected] with your account # and email address requesting to be enrolled in electronic invoicing. Please allow for a full business day for us to update your account.
